Cooking Intructions: Being wood smoked and free of added water, our streaky bacon crisps to perfection quicker than your average bacon. Simply place in a hot pan or on the barbeque and let it sizzle to your ideal crispiness.
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate below 5°c. Use within 7 days of opening. Keeps exceptionally well while frozen.

My mum bought these at Stirling Markets and she claimed that they were amazing, while we were buying these, there was another gentleman at the stall buying the same bacon, he says this is only place he buys his bacon, and he advised they were incredible. So we had to try. Amazing, going back for more shortly.
