We aim to deliver your order within 2 business days. For example, if you place an order at any time on Monday you will most likely receive it by Wednesday. If you place an order on Friday you will most likely receive it by Tuesday the following week.
There are no set delivery times. Order can be delivered anytime during your delivery day. All our products will be kept in a sealed icebox, staying cool till you get home. You will receive a text or phone call the day before or the day of your delivery to let you know what day your order will be arriving.
All of the Eurochef range is 100% gluten free apart from our Youvetsi (which contains a wheat-based pasta) and our Meatballs (which use bread crumbs as a binding agent). This includes the entire range of our famous bacon, chorizo and sausages, meaning everyone can enjoy our gourmet smallgoods!
We have a flat delivery fee of $10 in our specific delivery zones. We do offer free delivery for orders over $150
You do not have to be home to accept your delivery. Your order will be packed in a sealed esky so everything stays cool until you get home.
We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not already been sent out. To make changes on your order, give us a call or text!
All our products must be packed in eskies in order to keep your products cool. For the near future we will not be charging our normal fee for esky boxes to help with contactless deliveries and to keep yourself and our delivery drivers safe.
